Nest Thermostat E has all the same features as Nest Gen 3 in a less shiny package – white plastic vs chrome / black / copper metal, lower resolution screen (320 x 320 vs 480 x 480) and screen turns off instead of showing current time when not in use.
On the other hand $85 vs $149 on same site. Easily the better deal for a Nest right now.
Final price came out to be $90 for me (no tax)
