simplehuman Rectangular Step Trash Can, Stainless Steel, Plastic Lid, 38 L / 10 Gal – $69.99 at Target

The simplehuman stainless steel rectangular 38L trash can is the highest rated trash can around, and it retails for $100 at places like Amazon,Bed Bath & Beyond,and others. Turns out Targetsells this trash can as well, and I called my local store to make sure that they had one in stock (since their website showed this as the only store within a 100 mile radius with any in stock), the confirmed that they did have one, and that it was currently on clearance for $69.99.

Not sure if they’re replacing this trash can with a new model, or if the market for $100 trash cans isn’t there, but either way, if you can find a Targetthat still has ’em in stock, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal!
